Camp program
Daily training sessions, workshops, video analysis, ski preparation, and organizational support.
• $900 until December 1, 2026
Accommodation
You can join the NORDICMAN Camp while staying on your own and simply come to the daily training sessions and activities.
The All-Inclusive package includes shared accommodation in a large house with other participants and coaches. Rooms are typically shared by 2-3 people of the same gender. Families will stay in a private room when available.
• The accommodation cost depends on the total number of participants in the house, and the type of room occupied is approximately $600-1200 per person.
Meals
Meals are not included in the standard Camp package. Participants should plan their own food expenses during the week.
Breakfasts are usually arranged independently at your place of accommodation. Lunches can be purchased at Nordic centers, ski resorts, cafes or local restaurants during the day.
For All-Inclusive participants, meals will be organized at the shared house. Depending on the group format, dinners may be prepared together by participants and coaches or with the help of a private cook.
Some evening meals may also be organized as team dinners with other NORDICMAN participants at local cafes or restaurants.
We recommend budgeting approximately $300 per person for food during the Camp week.
Ski passes
Access to most cross-country ski resorts is paid and costs about $50 per day.
NORDICMAN participants will have access to special ski pass discounts at partner resorts during the Camp week.
• Estimated total ski pass expenses for the Camp are approximately $300 before discounts
Transportation
Participants travel to the accommodation in Truckee independently. The nearest airport is Reno. During the camp, we will travel to ski locations, no more than 30 minutes one way, using participants’ cars.
Total budget
For the 7-day camp, not including travel to Truckee:
• approximately $2,600
