NORDICMAN Membership 2026/27 Terms
1. Membership
NORDICMAN Membership is a personal seasonal membership offered by NORDICMAN. The membership fee is $100. Membership begins when payment is successfully received and ends on April 30, 2027.
2. Included benefits
Membership includes a personal onboarding conversation, a general preparation roadmap based on the member's self-reported level, early access to selected NORDICMAN announcements, and a one-time member discount of up to $100. Individualized ongoing coaching is not included and may be purchased separately.
3. Member discount
The member discount may be applied once to one eligible NORDICMAN event or personal coaching service purchased before April 30, 2027. If the eligible purchase price is less than $100, the discount is limited to that purchase price and the unused portion is forfeited. The discount cannot be divided across purchases, redeemed for cash, sold, or transferred.
4. Availability
Membership does not constitute registration for, or guarantee availability in, any specific race, camp, clinic, coaching program, lodging option, or other event. Event registration is complete only after NORDICMAN confirms availability and receives any required balance, forms, acknowledgments, and waivers.
5. Expiration
Membership and any unused member discount expire at 11:59 p.m. Pacific Time on April 30, 2027. No cash value, refund, or credit remains after expiration except where required by law.
6. Refunds
A member may request a full refund within 30 calendar days after purchase if the member discount has not been used. A full or partial use of the member discount makes the Membership non-refundable. An approved refund ends Membership and all related benefits immediately.
7. Personal and non-transferable
Membership and its benefits are personal to the named member and cannot be transferred to another person.
8. Event terms
Each event, camp, race, and coaching service may have separate eligibility, payment, cancellation, refund, safety, and participation terms. Those terms apply in addition to these Membership terms.
9. Changes and cancellations
NORDICMAN may modify event dates, venues, schedules, coaches, routes, or program details because of weather, snow, safety, permitting, operational needs, or circumstances beyond its reasonable control. Any event-specific remedy will be governed by the terms provided for that event.
